Positive: The biggest advantage of this property is value for money - meaning it's very cheap, however in general the facilities are not brilliant either, so the cost matches the facilities. Although the location is remote and distant from Warsaw, it still provides an adequate and quick commute to the city centre. The apartment is generally clean, and the host was helpful. We loved the fireplace in the house - it was great to have it in cold winter evenings.
Negative: The key issue is that the house is advertised as "2 bedrooms, plus a living room." In fact, it appeared that the "second bedroom" and the living room were the same room. We are a family of 6, and it was quite uncomfortable for 4 of us to stay in one room for a week, considering that the same room also has a dining table where the entire family have dinners. This leaves very little room for privacy. The other challenge is that the boiler in the shower is very small - it only allows 5 minutes of hot water in the shower. Then, it takes 20 minutes to reheat. This means for a family of 6, it takes two hours in turns to take a shower. I'm not even saying that 5 minutes is quite a rush for the shower. Finally, there is no Wi-Fi in the bedroom upstairs. I suggest the owner install a Wi-Fi extender; otherwise, the signal simply does not reach the bedroom at all. The property is generally a good fit for a family of 4 who value low-cost trips. It's not fit for families of 6.

Positive: The apartment is large and well-equipped. It's a nice place to stay. the train is close, so you can easily get to the city center without a car. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is ok with the washing machine. Overall, this is a nice place to stay, when you do not require hotel service. The owner is a nice person with a personal approach. I can recommend this place either for business or family trips.
Negative: New mattresses for the bed. I know, that someone does not take care, but for me, it should be renewed, it was quite uncomfortable and for a long stay, it can be awkward.

Positive: Parking in front of house. Communication was very good during reservation and check in.
Negative: Apartment was full of dog or cat hairs. Cleanliness was not as expected. Roof windows are without shade and it is not possible to sleep after 6 due to light, airplanes and trains.
